This is my third APC backup power supply. I cannot even begin to say how many times this has saved data when the electricity has failed. Then too there is the time it takes to recover from a power failure. The other two APC unites lasted four and five times longer than given by the manufacture. My computer is always on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

how many hours does this last continuously, for example a blackout or power outage. it says 121 mins but also 16 hours-kinda confused

It all depends upon the lad the unit is handling. I run only a desktop computer and monitor to give me the maximum time.
