This is a great streaming device that attaches to the HDMI on the back of the tv that is both easy to set up and easy to use. I can even screencast my phone on to my big screen tv.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Including chromecast,what would i need to pu local tv live at a summer home

To watch live local tv stations all you need is a television set and an antenna that can pick up digital channels. Now if you want to stream content from your phone to a Google chromecast, you need to connect them using your home WiFi, but that's not live local tv
