What is output current for each port?

Need to know output current for each port on this hub. 2A on each port? 2A total, split between whatever ports are in use? Want to be able to charge 3 or 4 devices simultaneously, and don't know if this can handle them all at once.
2 A for all ports - 500mA per port

What is the difference between a 2.0 usb port and a 3.0 usb port?

USB3 supports much higher speed than USB2 (technically) and has green color instead white (wisually).
