What's great about it: Easy set up.
What's not so great: The price.
A solid accessory and must have for the Note 10.1. Love the multipurposed nature of it along with the look and design. A bit too overpriced for my liking but has proved useful overall.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy setup with intuitive sync process out of the box.
What's not so great: Nothing thus far.
This is a great device with impressive capabilities. Screen resolution is superb. Still getting used to it and therefore have not had the opportunity to push the limits to what this tablet can really do but very pleased with it overall.
This product is... responsive touch screen, Good sound quality, easy to set up, Perfect for Business, Variety of apps available, Sharp graphics, Easy to navigate, Great screen size, Comfortable to hold

CHARGING PROBLEM

My samsung galaxy not is charging BUT hte unit stays 1%? i just bought it at BEST BUY last Jan 27,2014. where can i go fix it. It says when i bought it that there's a 1 year warranty on it. Should I go back to the Best Buy Store where I purchased it or to a samsung center. PLEASE HELP.
Sorry to hear about your struggles. If you have the warranty I would definitely recommend taking it back to Best Buy and having it replaced.
