Have it sitting on my end table. Sometimes I have to move it a little, but no more cable.

How high do we need to mount antenna?
We have weak reception even with the amplifier we only get 5-6 channels. Any ideas on what to do? We are within 50 miles from 3 major cities so we should be getting good signal. We were told to point it north at 30 degrees, is this correct?
A friend who used to install antennas told me for every 10 feet you go up, the reception will increase.
You can go on the Internet and should be able to locate your TV towers and which direction you need to go.

do I still get the weather channel,history,and documentaries etc.
With the outside antenna I'm using, I only get the local stations. For other channels I have wi-fi.
I can get an attachment for the TV to watch these other stations.
