As all Logitech products, very high quality, and good touch. To get the correct key mapping, you do need the driver. If you need the Unify behavior and/or the full key set, it's pretty good. It does give up desk space for the solar panels. FWIW, the same driver enables the MK270 set, which I prefer, cheap as it is.

I would recommend this to a friend!

kEYBOARD WON'T TYPE UNLESS i TURN IT OFF THEN BACK ON. ONLY LASTS FOR A FEW LINES AND I HAVE TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN. WHAT IS WRONG?

I HAVE ENOUGH LIGHT SO THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM; HOWEVER I HAVE TO TURN KEYBOARD OFF AND BACK ON TO GET IT TO TYPE. if

Not normal behavior. Try a different input device to verify you don't have an issue with your chassis. Probably need to return your keyboard to the store under warranty, though.
