What's great about it: Easy to use, has a big screen, very reliable
What's not so great: using the pen, l'd like a finger touch feature
An employee at Best buy suggested this phone as an alternative to the I phone and I am glade he did. It has a much larger screen which my eyes require. I have ben able to use it all on my own without much training as most if its operation is self explanatory. It has a pen which is used to operate it and in most cases this is fine espically in writing email but is a draw back when having to answer a call (slows you down)

will the sim card from the Verizon iphone 5 work in the Note 3?

I have a Verizon iPhone 5 with unlimited data and I'm thinking of replacing my iPhone 5 with the Note 3 and was wondering if all I have to do is purchase the Note 3 and swap the sim cards
My contacts were transferred by a Best Buy employee just as you suggest in your question but since Samsung is an android phone all you I phone apps may not transfer and you will have to re load them in android version - not too hard but something you should know.
