This is the only cable I would recommend if you own the iPhone. I have tried imitation ones in the past, and they just do not come close and even sometimes, do not work. Bottom line: the best cable out there for your Apple iPhone. Reliable and durable.

Yes you can use them in foreign countries. The easiest way to do it is to buy a converter for the headphones. In fact, you will have to do that with all of your American-made appliances. The converters only cost around $.75

Approximately 3 feet. But you can go out and buy a longer cable if you desire.

How do I get rid of delay/echo?
The headphones are slightly delayed from the TV audio and causes a noticeable delay. This is only when plugged into the cable box RCA audio jacks. When plugged into the TV headphone jack it works fine, however this method causes the TV speakers to be cut out and I do not want that to happen. What we use them for is to have one person wearing them (because they are a little deaf and would require the TV volume to be too loud) and they can set their headphone volume to their liking, while the other viewers can listen directly to the TV speakers at a more reasonable volume. However, the problem is that the person wearing the headphones can still hear the TV speakers a bit, but it is slightly ahead of the headphone volume and creates an 'echo' and is unpleasant. Also the headphone volume is not synced to the speakers lips. How can I eliminate this delay? We have tried changing to all three of the channels but that did not help. Thanks.
You cannot. On your television sets they have a separate airphone jack that you can plug it into while other people can hear it from the television itself.
I have the same problem that you do. I have to plug them directly into the television. When I do that nobody else can hear the sound. I need to buy an updated television.

Yes. I wear hearing aids and have no problem wearing the air phones over them.

Mine did. As a matter of fact, instructions are not needed. Just plug the cable into the corresponding colors on the back of your television and headphone set stand.
