What's great about it: easy sale experience, worked on price, pleasant people

What's not so great: short life of product, slow replacement or fix

Board went out 20 days in the house... used maybe 15 loads. Service tech not at all surprised and suggested that if I didn't have the extended warranty, I had better get one... "They just don't make 'em like they used to!" - no kidding. I'd like some offer of payback for traveling to my mother's to use her machine or to the laundry-mat (yuck). Time and trouble waiting for a part is costing me all the money I had saved at the time of purchase.
But, I do love the machine... I just want it to work - like now!

This product is or has... A great water saver, All the cycles I need, Energy efficient, Big enough capacity for a comforter, A steam cycle, Doesn't vibrate my house, Easy to use controls

how hot does the temperature get in washer and dryer on hottest setting?

As far as I can tell, on the hottest setting, the washer will depend on your hot water heater setting. On the dryer, it gets very hot, but I love that there is a cool down feature. My clothes never feel over-dried or rough.
