would you recomand a chrome

i am trying to get a laptop that is just a little bit higher than 200 dollars and i want it to last a long time and it has to be good at any time of the day. Also i am asking for it to have at least 12-24 gig if you know a laptop that i could have in this type of quality that would be great. COMMENT BELOW
