What Graphics cards can I add to this system? NVidea 970?

That would be compatible. Make sure the PS draw is within tolerance of the standard 300W it comes with.

Can I transfer my existing Microsoft Office program?

I understand the latest Windows versions to apply to 1 PC at a time. 2007 you could; however, that is a software related issue and should be directed to Microsoft.

Can the drive be used to record music onto a CD or to save onto a DVD? The specs show "DVD" as the drive type and I see no mention of "DVDRW."

It is recordable CD-R / DVD-R.

I might want to upgrade the graphics card; is this possible? Can it run the latest gaming graphics?

I understand that you can add a graphics card if you so choose. There is no card in this as it is "integrated" on the MB. So, spend away. Just ensure you get a compatible one that wouldn't over draw from the standard PS of 300. That's the tricky part.

Not wireless. You don't get the quality sound out of a wireless and the background noise bleeds through. These are great headsets for Bass/Treble richness.

Does this work for the PC in addition to the Xbox?

Would I be able to plug this into my PC and use the microphone?

Unless you have an Audio/Visual connection to your PC it is not compatible.
