I thought I had a great vacuum. Somehow it got burned out (random dog toy). Anyway, I chose this one after plenty of research. It is fantastic! So much power. And I like that a simple flip of the switch takes me from carpet to hardwood. My carpet looks nearly new again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased a Shark Rotator Life-away Vacuum (Model NV 50231 Series XCD 500) from Bed, Bath and Beyond, located on 41st and Meridian St. on Puyallup, WA 98373, on June 3, 2013. My granddaughter is very interested in purchashing the same vacuum but so many Shark products on the market today I am having a problem locating one. I would appreciate some assistance.

Where can I buy the filters
The ones in it are washable. Replacements are available from the manufacturer.

How is the cord stored?
It wraps around two posts on the back.

Can most of the tools be stored on the vacuum?
I liked my first shark navigator because the tools were always handy. It was a purple model. Can the tools be stored on this vacuum?
Only the crevice tool and dust brush are on board. The extra "animal brush" for furniture, and the under appliance tool are separate. I keep them in the closet until I need them, since I don't use them every time.
