I finally found a cable for my mother that doesn't break at the connector!! I was tired of buying cheaper cables that broke or bend so I decided to bite the bullet and pay top dollar for this cable and I should have done it sooner!

I have an iPhone 8 Plus and just couldn't seem to find a holder that wouldn't shake my phone while driving when attached to my windshield. This holder solved that problem and I am now able to follow map directions without it shaking.

Overall it's a nice case but if you have a dark colored phone (i.e. black or space gray), you can see fingerprint smudges on the back pretty badly. I think a white or silver phone might hide them a little bit so I used this for about a week and ended up buying a black matte case since they don't collect fingerprints.

My only complaint is that it doesn't really charge my iPhone 8 Plus as fast as I think it should (my 10' cable charges it WAY faster) so if you simply need to set your phone down to let it charge with no intentions of using it, then it works great.

Wife is replacing her ipad mini with this kindle so we were a little apprehensive in the differences between apps and such, but so far it's been pretty simple to use. Believe me, if the wifey is able to use it without asking me a bunch of questions, it's working as intended.

Purchased tzumi charger in December three weeks later not charging my phone and the light is blue and green when it does come on. Went to Best Buy store to exchange or upgrade told I have to visit website which I still can’t find. Please advise.

As a consumer, I would expect Best Buy to honor a refund and/or exchange if the product isn't working. Nonetheless, I suppose you can select 'Other' from the drop down menu under 'Products' since I didn't see their charging pad listed as an option http://tzumi.com/support/
