This dryer is awesome! It dries huge loads in about 35 minutes. I use the rack to dry shoes and hats that I never could before. It has many cycles and settings for all sorts of combinations.
The steam refresh is very handy and it hooks up directly to the water line of the house to feed the steam. This beats the other models that have a little box you fill by hand to use the steam feature.

Had this huge washer now for one month. We washed everything in the house on the first day. Plenty of features, very sleek and smart. Nice music it plays to you while you turn it on/off or program it.
One strange thing is it washes huge loads but kinda ties all the clothes into knots. This requires extra care to remove clothes without ripping them.
Best Buy delivery guys were top-notch. Friendly, on time, very helpful and professional.

Please tell me there is a way to change the alert on the washer to just a single chiming bell or something. The "tune" it plays is SO LONG!
We have a new Samsung washer and dryer and are so excited to have them. But I cannot understand why they designed them to play such a long and annoying tune as the end-of-cycle alert. A few chiming bells would suffice! I have discovered a way to turn it off completely but then I don't know when the cycle is finished unless I keep checking on it. Please tell me there is a way to change the alert. Thank you!

Turn the chiming off with the "Signal" button on the washer. There's a signal button on the dryer too, but it's labeled differently.
