I bought this item for it's integration with my nest thermostat. The WEMO switch itself worked great, and the app was very easy to figure out. However it would never work with my NEST the way the product said that it would.

RF-TVMLPT03 one of the two latches does not return to an "up" position

one of the two latches does not return to an "up" position. How do I repair or replace the latch.

The latches are there as a safety to keep the TV from being taken off the mount accidentally. If you don't have small children around, or the TV is not generally touched, I would just let it continue to be as it is. I recommend against altering the mount in any way as you never know what it will do to it.. If you have concerns with it coming off the mount, I would suggest purchasing a new mount.
