Placed in window worked excellent even though garage is in the way.
Then I took it to the attic and works good there. Very pleased with the reception without mounting on roof. I live 20+ miles from
town and get all the free channels. Very happy
I would recommend this to a friend!

How high do we need to mount antenna?

We have weak reception even with the amplifier we only get 5-6 channels. Any ideas on what to do? We are within 50 miles from 3 major cities so we should be getting good signal. We were told to point it north at 30 degrees, is this correct?
Any metal object in the path will lower your reception. Suggest to move the antenna around and see if that will improve. I have mine in the attic. I could not put it close to the vent so I more or less centered it in the attic.
