can i browse the web with this? is my data used measured to certain amount of gb? can i use this to browse websites and watch videos from websites

Can I browse the internet with this so I can get rid of cable?
Not that I am aware. This device is a great hard drive for data storage and yet no bigger really than my cellphone.
