What's great about it: Crisp clear dsplay of photos and documents.

What's not so great: The tiny little buttons for controlling speaker volume.

I bought the monitor to go with a new ASUS computer. The images are stunning. The internal speakers seem better than I expected, but not as good as external speakers. The documentation for the little control buttons was of no value. I found a manual on line that helps, but still isn't as useful as I wanted. There is no light on the buttons or their labels, so when the room is dark and I want to adjust the volume I need to turn up the lights. If I just touch the wrong button, I still, after a month, struggle to back out and to the correct menu. I should probably learn to adjust volume with the speaker icon on the bottom bar and leave the little buttons alone.

What's great about it: Fast, lots of storage space.

What's not so great: Windows 8 makes you feel like a newbie.

Windows 8 came on the computer and isn't like stepping back into a new Windows 7 machine. Lots of things work differently. I found the ASUS app for controlling the screen scale but the function disappeared when I upgraded to Windows 8.1. ASUS said they didn't (at least at that time) support 8.1 and couldn't guide me to a driver update. I found the update on the AMD site and restored the scale function. Once I bought Windows 8.1 for Dummies and learned the new system, it works well. Although Windows 8.1 isn't quite as stable, Excel, Word, and browsers have to restart more often than in Windows 7, we are getting along well now after a month.

This product is... Perfect for Business, Inputs which I need, quiet, lightning fast, Sharp graphics

What's the motherboard of this PC?

I don't see the motherboard identified. However, the processor is an AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics 3.70 GHz
