YOu need it to install a radio box into the old slot. It is a necessary evil but worked great

What's great about it: Not a lot
What's not so great: charges, costs a lot, wasnt told i had to buy it
I hate that I had to pay for something that should come with a radio that says you can use your phone. also was upset that I had to have it charge my phone cause every time you plug and unplug counts as a charge on the battery. This means your phone's battery will not last as long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: it does what it is sapossed to
What's not so great: had to buy it because "cable wasnt long enough" when installing new in dash radio
It works well but I shouldn't have had to buy it. Best buy said that the old cable wouldn't reach the new box's input for the antenna so I had to buy it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: the sound options and video options
What's not so great: the extra cable you have to buy, finicy at first
I like it but unless you must have a dvd player that you can only technically watch while parked, its not that great of an improvement over a normal in dash radio. The call quality diminishes when using blutooth and the gps function doesn't work very well.
This product has... Connects to car audio system, Right size for viewing distance, Viewable from any angle, Need help to install

Would Roku 3 be useable with no internet, to stream from my laptop/Android phone using a Wireless Router?

Would Roku 3 be useable at my cottage to stream/mirror my laptop with Windows 8.1 (and or my Android Phone) to my TV? There is no internet access just a Wireless Router.
This is not the best device for that.. it has some capabilities of wired mirroring but you could get what u r looking for for under 40 at best buy
