Whirlpool Cabrio 4.3 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer: Give clothes a deep clean and gentle care with this Whirlpool top-loading washer. The large capacity fits more in a single load and makes it easy to wash bulky items like comforters.
We have this washer and use the correct detergent and put the clothes in so as not to cover the middle. Clothes are still soaked after washing.
It may be that you are mixing really heavy materials with light , the drum is over-filled, or it could be the spin option is too low.

Add garement?
Does this machine allow you to added a garment after the cycle has already been started?
This happens to me often - I just press the pause button and it pauses, unlocks and I am free to add more items in the wash. When finished, I just close it back and press the "play/pause" button :)

Does this particular model vibrates tremendously when it spins?
I am seriously considering buying this particular Samsung washer and all the reviews I have read so far has not mentioned any problem with troubling vibration when the machine is in a spinning mode during the rinse cycle. Is it really that quiet?
In my opinion... It's not absolutely quiet but definitely a big difference from older models. When I put mine on the normal wash option, it only vibrates super fast on the last 5 minutes for only about 4-5 seconds. And that's it. Other than that- it's pretty quiet . I love it.
