Can I use a Chromebook to set up a wifi network?

The Chromebook will be my only computer . Can I set up a wifi network with it or would I need a "real" computer to set up the router?
You can set up wifi on it. It does everything and more then a regular laptop.

I just get my Samsung 11.6" Chromebook but I cannot see the screen in color, how I can fix it?

There are two buttons on the top of the keyboard, there is a small sun and a big sun. Hold the button with the big sun down to turn your brightness on higher. If it's not your brightness I would definitely take it to a place where they can try and fix it.
