Not Compatible w/Recent Xbox One Update

We received this controller as a gift and was PERFECT for a six year old boy, but right after we updated our Xbox One last month the white indicator light began to flash & the controller will not connect. We went into setting & tried to complete a manual update of the controller but without the controller being able to connect we can't perform a manual update... I would still recommend this controller since this is an internal problem and can be fixed with a patch... Hopefully.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I reached critical mass for storage on my XB1, so I bought two of the 3TB one for each of my sons, and after seeing the great reviews out here, and my boys' praises I quickly bought the 4TB! Very easy to hook up, the XB1 recognized it right away with no problems, and I was able to give it a name, and make it my default drive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Warranty information
What is the Manufacture's Warranty and can you get an extended warranty?
http://support.wdc.com/warranty/policy.asp#extwarranty - It comes with a two year warranty, and you can purchase an extended warranty as long as the initial warranty is less than 3 years.
