What's not so great: Image retention on monitor
Image retention (ghosting) but Dell is replacing LCD. Other than that great buy!

Is it possible to hook up this system to my HDTV seeing as there is no HDMI port?!

Would really love too know, trying to make a decision between this and a few other options and its a huge selling point over which one I might pick..
Yes, it has a mini display port output which Is quite flexible. With an adapter, you can connect VGA/DVI or HDMI.

It has an mini display output which us flexible in that, with an adapter, you can connect it to a VGA/dvi/hdmi device quite easily, including a projector

There's no in built CD drive. You could always Stacy, however an external drive using the USB ports provided.

hard drive

The specifications on the windows site States that the Dell has 500 GB but on best buy website it says 128GB...which one is right?
Dell probably has a 500 Gb version however the one I got ifrom BB is 128 GB The difference here is that it is a solid state drive (SSD) (think of it like a thumb/flash drive) and doesn't have the moving parts, spinning head, etc so they say it helps with battery life etc. I'm quite pleased with mine.
