Works much better than I thought possible. Did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets and eliminating the pet odor in the house. Have a large dog and no issues with the dog hair either. Would recommend this for all pet owners.

Mixing Cleaning Solution In Water Tank

I have seen different reviews and comments talking about mixing the cleaning solution directly in the tank. If you do that, how does the 'RINSE' function work? Wouldn't you be 'rinsing' with soapy water and not water alone? Thanks.
This model has a clean water tank and a cleaning solution resevoir. If you mix the water with the solution into the clean water tank, then you would be 'rinsing' with soapy water. The automatic mixing of the water with the cleaning solution works well. I am not sure why you would want to mix into the clean water tank? To rinse with clean water, the water tank must contain only clean water....
