IPads are the tablet of choice in my family since the first came out. Tried another brand for my graddaughter-dead in less than a year. Loves her new iPad mini.

I bought this keyboard because of the backlit keys and the ability to switch between 3 different Apple devices: Mac Mini, iMac and iPad Air. Extremely satisfied. Keys have a great feel, the backlighting comes on automatically, the charger works off of a USB port and switching between devices is easily accomplished using special keys located with the F1,2 and 3 keys. My only regret is that I didn't get it sooner.

What's great about it: Sound quality and ease of use
I had a 5 year old Cinemate "basic" unit. Was looking for improved base and upgraded to the Cinemate II GS. Easy to change from the old to new and re-use my Bose speaker stands. Very happy with the sound improvement. Also, the remote was very easy to set up. Programmed my TV, blu ray player and Directv box in under 5 minutes.

I cannot turn on cable with my remote
Bose Cinimate GS ll: I have tried all the codes listed for my comcast unit; they all blink twice but fail to turn on or off. Sound and TV work fine.
Make sure you press the White CBL SAT button and then try the on/off button. Sometimes, if I bump one of the other white buttons, the CBL SAT on/off button doesn't work. For reference, I have DIRECTV and my Bose Series I and Series II Cinemate system remotes have worked without a hitch.

Can I use Bose 161 Bookshelf Speakers on my Bose 321
Can I replace 321 speakers and use Bose 161 instead?
Probably not. The Cinemate II speakers have a special connectior to the control module while the Bose 161 speakers are "traditional" speakers connected with standard speaker wires to a receiver.

Are the speakers wireless?
No, they are wired. I had an older Cinemate Series Home Theater System which swapped out using the same proprietary cables and Bose speaker mounts.
