its a great mouse, especially for the price that it is. It's very easily programmable and customizable to suit any game. The only thing you will need to do is go onto the website and download the new program that allows this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can you use this mouse to perform multiple keystrokes, like I would use this for cad software, could I tell it to do T+R+Enter+Enter

yes but you must download the software off of the website for it to do so. After you can program multiple keystrokes into one button

I play "Hidden Objects" games, like Criminal Minds and Pearl's Peril. I have shaky hands when I use a mouse to play. I need a mouse that will react quickly when I click on an object. I am getting so mad with my scores. Is this a good mouse for my problem.

absolutely, you can even adjust the speed across 9 different settings to fit your liking.
