This is actually a nice gaming keyboard.
Worth the price in my opinion as green is a bomb color

It doesn't do to well with keeping the connection to the phone .
Maybe a defection with mine cause I have not seen others with similar problems.
Best part about this is you can stream media sounds through the headset
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do the lights during the rainbow wave always stay on or do you have to hit a key to start it?
When you go to install the keyboards drivers,
There will be an option to select color ranges(only certain models)
They should always stay on a t a certain brightness depending on the settings you set during installation

Why won't the headset hold a charge?

It does hold a charge.
Like most devices, it depends on the usage and strain on the device
I have noticed that streaming music and other media drain the device a lot faster
