Once mounted to the dash, can it be easily removed or replaced?

Yes it can. I would recommend. I bought a few more for family members. I got it for 14.99... I use it all the time. I live I. The desert so my car gets hot inside and it still sticks. It’s a suction that can be released

WILL THIS HOLD AN IPhone 7 PLUS WITH AN OTTER CASE? DOES IT SWIVEL AS WELL AS ROTATE 360 AND TILT BACK AND FORTH?

I have 7plus with defender otter box and it works great. Swivels and moves up and down.
