This isn't going to be extensive since there are plenty to be found on Google and are much better than I could do... Simply put this is a great headset. The sound is what you would expect from a headset of this caliber. The improvements turtle beach has made on this headset over privious models from styling to software are great. The quality of the headset seem a bit more stout than most. The only complaints I have are the buttons are easy to accidentally push and the chat is sent through USB then transmitted by the base rather than being send by Bluetooth.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my first time buying a protective case other than Griffin and I have some mixed opinions. The case does as described while maintaining the small form factor which is great but there are a few flaws. The most glaring flaw with this case is the inability to use charging cables that aren't Apple especially since Apple cables are prone to failure. The case keeps Touch ID functional but it's a bit more finicky with the case. Lastly if you need this case for fall protection more than water protection this isn't a good choice. It will protect from falls but because it's thin plastic it easily cracks. After being dropped the case also has to be retested to make sure the seal is undamaged. All in all its a decent case for the water protection but not so much for drops so if you're one of those people that ruins phones by dropping them in the toilet or spilling things on them this is a good choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The charger in this is great. It keeps to the style of the Playstation and more importantly reduces the strain on the micro USB port that tend to fall apart over time. The charger simply plugs into the USB ports on the playstation and the controllers get a little adapter allowing you to just set the controller down to charge rather than plug it in. The only thing I disliked is that the charger uses both front USB ports leaving you nowhere to plug in a headset or anything else without sliding the charger over first.
The cooler in this is good and bad. Installation is easy it gets plugged into the power slot on the playstation then the power cable is plugged into that. It keeps to the style of the playstation as well. I'm not sure if it's because I live in a dusty area but at first it is silent and can hardly tell it's there but after a week or two it starts to make a little noise when it is first turned on. The noise stops about the time the playstation gets to the home screen so it's not too bad. All and all its a good trade off put up with a minute of noise to keep the playstation running cooler.

Proper set up configuration for the optical and usb connections?
When connecting a PS4 and and XboxOne, how do I route the USB and Optical connections, so that it will work with both systems without having to unplugging this and move it here. I understand how to connect one system or the other, but how do I do it at one time?
As far as I know there isn't a way to have them connected at the same time. The game audio is sent using an optical cable and you can't have two cables merge. The best you could do is get a hub but that still requires you to flip from one input to the next. I don't have an Xbox so this part is a guess but it seems Xbox chat is transmitted to the controller rather than being sent through the transmitter so the issue there is keeping power but if you keep your USBs active in sleep mode on the playstation you might be ok.
