The new version is much better than the original. The key separation is definitely an improvement. Only complaint is that it still flexes some if you have it at angle when you type. Feels more like a laptop keyboard now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Typing this review on the keyboard now. I find myself making more typos than usual on this keyboard. Have to use it where it sits flat on a solid surface because it flexes too much when I type. When that happens you will get unpredictable behavior and multiple characters will appear. Other than that, the keyboard works great and makes the Surface Pro 3 close to a real laptop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Running full version of Windows makes this a great all around machine. Very portable and screen clarity is great. Anyone looking for a good tablet to replace a laptop should give this a serious look.

Does the SP3 have the ability to connect to internet via coax ?

The Surface Pro 3 has WiFi to connect to your home wireless or where WiFi is offered. It does not have any network ports. Most WiFi routers will connect to cable provider's Internet equipment.

Can Windows Office software be added?

The Surface Pro 3 has a full version of Windows so it can run Office software.
