We are a MAC/iphone family but my wife's phone is Samsung S4. Simply plug in micro usb port and copy files to the drive. Eject it and plug it into any pc or mac usb port and archive the files. Old school but easy.

I also own an older wind tunnel Air. Hoover improved on an already great product with better engineering and new features. Steering feature is a nice feature that cuts time and effort. Detachable handle and vacuum hose is more ergonomic friendly when vacuuming hard to reach areas or a car. I like this vacuum and hover's continued improvements.

what about steerable system it's safe?
Not sure what you mean by safe but the brush and face stay flush with the carpet like a regular vacuum. Only difference is the handle and canister can fold down and pivot making it real easy to manuever in tight spots and get under furniture. I also have the earlier model of the Hoover with conventional single degree of movement. The steerable version is real easy to use and you get done faster because you don't have to stop and move as many things.
