We are able to organize easier. Opening one door to get the milk, saves time and you don't let as much cold escape. Touch screen is a great added feature.

Where does the gallon of milk go?

Milk fits in the right door or we slide the 1/2 shelf on the right back and have easier access for 2 gallons.

How do you get the ice drawer out for ice for coolers etc?

It pulls straight out. You can see the seam in the ice maker about 2-3 inches back. It can be hard to pull out, and the sides are not very high, so I dropped some of the cubes the first time.
