This is my second case, my first case became unusable after a tear on the fingerprint area of the phone. Did some research on how to get it repaired thru the manufacturer, sent it in to have it repaired, that was 5 weeks ago !! Still have not heard anything . If these guys were quick with honoring their warranty , I would give 5 stars
