What's great about it: It's a Mac!!
What's not so great: It doesn't have a cd drive. Had to purchase that separately.
The mac book pro came out of the box basically ready to use!! There was not a lot of "setup" involved. It's very fast, portable and easy to use. Editing pictures is a joy and not cumbersome or a hassle. It is also light weight, making it very portable. The screen is very crisp and clear.
This product is... Good sound quality, A touch pad that works great, A nice compact size, easy to set up, lightning fast

What's great about it: The customization
I like the steam feature. I also like the air dry feature. The lint screen does an excellent job of catching lint and hair.
This product is or has... Big enough capacity for a comforter, A steam cycle, Stability, so it doesn't vibrate my house, All the cycles I need, Acceptable level of noise, Great at getting wrinkles out, All the settings I need

What's not so great: Very loud - shakes/vibrates a LOT
I love that I can customize my wash cycle. I also like the musical chime it plays to signal the end of the cycle. What I don't like is how it vibrates and shakes very loudly.

This should be available now. I purchase mine approximately a year ago. Check your nearest Best Buy store.

The clothes feel warm almost hot after a "cold" wash cycle.????
Is this normal or should the clothes feel cool? I assume that a cold wash cycle would have a cold rinse cycle. Is there an additional setting for a cool rinse cycle if I am doing a cold wash cycle?

I've never noticed my clothes feeling warm or hot after a cold cycle. I would assume as well that cold water would be used in a cold cycle - even for rinses. I would check the troubleshooting section of the booklet that was sent. If you're unable to resolve the issue after that, I would contact LG. I Hope you're able to resolve this. Good luck!!
