This case has kept my phone dry while hiking through a ravine with a creek bed running through it. I got submerged briefly once during that. Almost no moisture got into the case. I also work a job where I move appliances into second and third story racking and it has been dropped once, it survived that fine and the phone was okay. My only issue is that the front screen protector gets scratched a little easier than I would prefer, but they haven't interfered with the screen for touch or viewing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone does pretty much everything I need and provides great battery life. We upgraded from S3 phones to these and the difference is compelling.

Verizon Upgrade

I am currently eligible for an upgrade through Verizon,. In the past I have always shopped at the Verizon stores. The price at Verizon is $99 for a new 2 year contract. Only $1 at Best Buy. What's the catch? Any additional fees? Options?
We're through Sprint but otherwise the situation is pretty much identical. We prefer to go through Best Buy because we get points, gift cards, and sometimes more for doing what we were going to do anyway. The service is usually better at the Beat Buy in our experience too.
