The Western Digital 3 TB drive offers plenty of storage and has been a solid performing drive so far. I'm currently using this as an external drive for copying and backing up files from multiple computers (Windows 8.1 and Server 2012 R2). For traditional platter drives, Western Digital is usually the way to go!

Is this a WD "Blue" drive
On the retail box that I bought from a Best Buy store, there's a sticker indicating this is a WD Green drive with 64 MB cache.
