What's great about it: Great price on new DOC SIS 3.0 technology
I needed this upgrade to take advantage of the high speed download and upload I can receive by opening the bandwidth. My focus is not hardware, but based on the research I have done and the explanation from my ISP it was a necessary piece of hardware to obtain the faster speeds.

Will This boost my internet and support it better than before?
It will not boost your internet bandwidth, but it will allow it to be split to multiple devices without losing speed since it is gigabit speed.
