What's great about it: wifi is a good feature.
What's not so great: Not the best for business use because it goes through ink pretty fast.
I purchased the printer for our small office before our network printer arrived. I works great & we will continue to use it.

How do I insert a new black cartridge??

How do I take out the old & insert a new cartridge.....without ruining my fingernails???
It's a push button action. Just push it in until you hear a click & it's in. The same to take it out. Push in until you hear the click & then release. It comes right out.
