Freezer door continues to pop open when closing refrigerator.

I have owned this refrigerator for 1 year, I have "tilted" it toward the back as instructed by customer service. Still pops open. I have a small post it note on the freezer telling people to make sure the door is closed! This is very annoying.

My freezer door pops open when the frig door is closed, as though the pressure from frig door closing works against the magnetic seal. We now close frig gently & it hasn't happened again.
