What's great about it: Very Liable, I had a 2TB of the same brand previously
What's not so great: no issues with this product, LED display would have been nice
I trust this brand as I am a previous owner of a 2TB.
This product has... Reliable, great price
About me... Budget Conscious, Work with large multimedia files, Business Professional, Need a simple backup solution

Does WD stand for Western Digital. AC powered Hard Drives are faster than just USB?

From my experience, I would say yes....not a very noticeable difference though!
