What's great about it: Ease of taking out the cylinder from the base.
What's not so great: Dirt and hair gets stuck up in the top quickly, requiring the use of a hanger or tool to get it out.
Overall this vacuum is good enough for a small apartment. The clip to keep the attachment on the front was missing. Though I have the geek guarantee and have called 3 people no one can seem to find one to send me. Very easy to remove collection cylinder to dump dirt, but so much gets stuck up in the top, it should come with its own tool to pry it out. Cord is pretty long.
