What's great about it: it's a cool stylist

What's not so great: the tip is removable and i lost it

the product was great until i lost the tip and can't find another.

Does the fire stick use wifi or does it draw directly from the modem?

It only uses Wifi to connect to the internet and bluetooth for remotes
