Although I had to purchase the Office suite separately, the download process was simple and painless. Works like the older versions, with a few new tweaks. No surprises yet.

The set-up for this printer could not have been easier. Just a few minutes from opening the box to printing my documents. The available options on this printer are great, considering the price point. I'm VERY happy with this printer.

This is a great option if the distance from a laptop or computer is longer than most HDMI cables would cover. Would be an excellent option when making presentations and information must be projected to a screen some distance from a laptop or desktop. Great alternative to a digital projector.

I made a "quantum leap," going from a prepaid cell phone to the Galaxy Note 4. Since I do not change electronics every time the "newest and greatest" hits the market, I wanted something that would satisfy my needs for awhile. I wanted the capabilities of a tablet, while being able to move into a smartphone for the first time. The Note 4 has been a very pleasant surprise in that regard.
If I have a complaint, it is that Samsung should provide more information on some of the capabilities of the Note 4 in the user guide or in some other manner. There are several functions that I learned about only after talking to my daughter, who has a Galaxy S-5 with similar capabilities. The "hunt and peck" method of getting information is not always the best way to learn to use a device.
Overall, I am happy with this recent purchase. It seems to be a very good choice if someone is looking for a tablet/phone combination.

What's great about it: Great price, functionality

For those wanting the functionality of a laptop computer, but the convenience of a tablet, this HP Split x2 is a great choice. The 13.3" screen is much easier to work with than the smaller screens on other tablets. If you are used to Windows 8, and the tile options, you will feel right at home.
My last computer was 7 years old and this was a quantum leap in technology for me. I have not been disappointed with my choice. I'm not a "geek" in any sense. I wanted a laptop that would take care of my document, spreadsheet, internet and other requirements without breaking the bank. I bought this on sale on Black Friday 2013. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a combination of laptop and tablet functionality.

Will this printer print single check blanks?
I haven't used this printer for this reason, but would think if the template is formatted correctly on your computer, it should handle it. Paper size can be adjusted in the tray of the printer. You would need to be sure the correct paper size is chosen on your document settings on your computer as well.

I have a laptop with Windows 7. The information about this device only says "Windows 8", but another reviewer noted that he/she was using the device with a laptop with Windows 7.

How does this laptop compare to the HP 11-h013dx?
I can see their specifications difference, but what a 13 inch tablet be too cumbersome? Is the smaller one with the smaller price worth missing out on the specs of this one. What do you guys think?
The screen size will be a choice based on personal preference. I like the larger screen. When you disconnect the screen to use it as a tablet, it is no more cumbersome than an iPad, which is smaller. I considered a smaller tablet, but when I saw this one, I was immediately sold on it.
