What's great about it: Didn't really get to use it,

What's not so great: Seemed in compatible with Time Warner Cable

Simple instructions, but it never connected with Time Warner Cable system, despite being listed as compatible by TWC. After hour long calls with both TWC and Neatgear support services, still didn't work. Neatgear suspected it might be defective and recommended I replace it. Same exact problem with the second one. Despite more time with Neatgear support never got it to work. Returned it for a Motorola Modem which worked instantly. TWC was not a fan of Neatgear, they recommended I try Motorola. Prior to this, I had no problem with several other Neatgear products which is why I chose Neatgear originally.

This product has... Unreliable connection, did not work, returned it fo another brand

What's great about it: Worked instantly right out of the box, very easy set-up

What's not so great: No cons

Everything in my new house is wireless, but we still had old desktop PC that wasn't wireless. Now it is thanks to Neatgear Wi-Fi adapter. Had an older Wi-Fi adapter from another manufacturer that worked very inconsistently. My new adapter has been working well over a month with no problems whatsoever.

This product has... Fast connection, Reliable connection

What's great about it: Light, ease to set-up, great price, great picture quality

What's not so great: Occassionally low base sounds reverberate too much

Perfect everyday main TV where most of the family watches TV. Larger picture and better picture quality than our 3 year old 46" LCD Samsung, but the new 50" TV is actually much lighter and doesn't take up much more total space. Very happy with Samsung products. Our 46" TV now in the family room for the kids to use for games, movies etc. Still going strong!

No. You need to connect to a wireless router

i have phone service thru time warner

I want ti replace my rental cable modem and need one that my phone will plug into

My two Neatgear modems DID NOT work with TWC. Motorola modem worked instantly

Am unable to swivel the screen. Is there a "lock" that needs to be disengaged on the base?
