I did not have to install. When the range was delivered
to the house, the delivery man hooked the stove up in minutes. He showed me how to use the new range and was on his way. No issues at all.

Only drawback is we may live to far from the city. We have to move it around to bring in different channels

Specs on the website say that the LDG3036ST is double convection.

I bought the oven specifically because it said it was double convection. This is not a minor mistake if this is the issue.
Yes, I bought this range because of the double oven convection. Love it!
