Bought this because I would be doing some traveling abroad & thought it would be a good idea to have an option to charge my phone while on-the-go. It does exactly what I need & it's small enough to carry with me, very convenient.

It's exactly what I needed, It has both an adaptor and a converter feature. I wish it wasn't quite so big, but that's not really a problem. It's definitely sturdy! Haha. Overall a decent product.

Can US-3-prong items be plugged in? Is this appropriate for tablets, cell phones, cameras or not? Is this product UL listed/rated?

INTERESTED IN THE EURO CONVERSION in particular
I see conflicting information, that this is NOT INTENDED/RECOMMENDED for charging phones, smartphones, tablets, cameras, etc-- and other 'answered questions' confirming that kind of use will work. Also, many user reviews refer to using the product successfully with small electronics. PLEASE CLARIFY whether this unit will adapt and convert power properly to maintain the item integrity.

I'm currently living in Germany & I'm using this adaptor/converter to charge both my MacBook Air and my iPhone. It fits a 3 prong US plug as well as your standard ones. It's safe for other products too, because I also use it for my hair straightener and for my little portable battery.
