I was struggling with figuring out how to get files from old computer to new laptop, because using a thumb drive was taking way too long. This cable comes with great instructions and includes a program for transferring the files. I would've paid twice as much for the product if I knew how easy it made it.

What's great about it: All the features, Apps, speed, battery life, screen clarity, etc
What's not so great: phone jack on the bottom, I liked it on top
I use to have a Droid, but decided to try Iphone 5. This phone is awesome. All my life, I've been fighting the power against all Apple products. I have never owned an Apple product before. This slick design is comfortable to use and perfect fit. All the other manufacturers, for some reason, think bigger is better. I hate having a mid-sized tablet upside my head. Looks stupid and feels stupid. This is a phone, people. If you want bigger, by a tablet or a laptop.

PLW1000 factory password?
Just set up new PLW1000 and everything is connected. Only issue is the Wifi is secured and the start up guide does not have the factory default passcode. HELP!!
