What's great about it: Comfortable
What's not so great: Arms are not adjustable
Due to sitting for long periods of time I needed a chair that would be comfortable. The chair remains comfortable after may hours of working at my computer to complete assignments for my masters degree. The other surprising fact about the chair was that it only took about 20 minutes to put together - it was not complicated at all. The instructions were easy to follow and the diagrams were consist with the instructions. I also sit and crochet in the chair if I want to relax from a stressful day.

What's great about it: Perfect for everyday usage.
What's not so great: Print speed could be faster.
This model was easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to troubleshoot. Having been without cable and the Internet for about 5 years I was not sure if I would be able to set up a wireless connection for my print needs. However, the instructions were easy to understand and I did not feel lost or confused as I followed the instructions. This model holds a fair amount of paper. If there is not enough paper I can simply place the paper into it the correct compartment and the printing continues from where it stopped. Aligning the system, cleaning the heads, and other features are available from the HP Utility. All the diagnostics show immediately, so there is no need to search for the specific features. (I am using a Macbook Pro 10.8 laptop when I print).

papper jam

how do i get a paper jam out
1. disconnect power
2. pull paper out of paper tray - look inside with flashlight to ensure all debris is gone
3. turn printer upside down and check for debris again - use flashlight
4. reconnect power supply
5. print
