Cannot recommend this .. at all! It is cheap, and it looks like the original metal ... but there is no raised bumper, and my screen is scratched within first week. Spend the extra money and get a bumper that protects your screen too!

Basically it comes down to this ... I just paid $250 for modern looking electronics and this feels really cheap. I pretty much never use it and have opted for the Nomad leather band as my everyday band.

Overall, this watch has been great! If you don't care about your watch having its own cellular or waterproof interior, this watch is well worth the price! It pretty much does everything else, and will store music for your run!

If you are looking for the best that is out there right now, I think this is the one you are looking for. I bought this and never regretted it. If you listen to sports, you can set it up for score alerts and channel alerts. It is a must have in the car and home!

Can you use ear phones with this system? Would this system have good reception in a dialysis center for my father?
You can use ear phones with the home/car kit. As for dialysis center, you might have a tough time if there isn't a window facing outside with a clear view. It needs a satellite signal. That being said, you CAN get this ... keep it at home and/or in car, and pay for the Internet add-on service (Like $4-5 a month on top of your normal subscription) and stream all the channels (and a lot more) on an iphone/roku/android, etc.

All you need is the home kit and a set of speakers, really. The kit has its own amplification (like an iPhone), so as long as you can plug in speakers to a headphone sized jack, you are good to go. I plugged in a 3.5mm bluetooth transmitter and send it over to my bluetooth speakers and it sounds great.

Can it work in Kenya,Nairobi SiriusXM-Onyx plus satellite radio receiver
I like all kinds of radio stations..... favorite was Worldspace but now defunct looking for another sattelite radio receiver.
Im pretty sure you cannot. The satellites orbit over North America only.

Can I simply just use computer speakers and home kit to listen to the receiver or do i need it connected to a receiver in order to play it.
It has its own amplification and volume control, so you can even hook it up to headphones! So yes, that's all you need. I have it plugged into a Bluetooth transmitter and send it to my bluetooth speakers.

Will this work in a 95 Chevy truck?
This will work with any car/truck with an FM radio or AUX in. I highly recommend that you get the hard-wired FM connector, especially if you live in a large city. The radio has a built-in FM transmitter, but if your FM stations are all around, the sound quality is not so hot. Here in LA, it is impossible to get any channel a good signal from the wireless. Once I installed the hard-wired FM adapter, it sounds like it was plugged directly into the AUX port!
