Across the street there is free public internet. I can access it for most browsing, but I would like a stronger signal, will this do that?

Between my data plan and public wifi, this could potentially save me some money...thanks so much.
If you have an internet service this will provide you with a more secure connectioñ. Most free Wi-Fi, like at airports make.it easy to hack you.

Does unit require a cd to be installed on the pc to make it work

It does not require a CD all the necessary program is in the router

Can u connect a phone line to this

I have Comcast n the modem I have requires us to connect the phone line, can I connect a phone line on this
There is no phone connection on this router
